Removing the crankshaft balance shaft assembly from the Duratec and EcoBoost engine frees up rotating mass and helps to improve engine response. Additionally the Balance Shaft assembly weighs up to 18 lbs. depending on what version you have. Installation requires removal of vehicle oil pan.

CNC Aluminum (HE30) balance shaft delete assembly
Can be installed with engine in car- oil pan/sump not included.
