FAQ's
How do you tune a Ford Focus?
One of the easiest ways to tune a Ford Focus is by using an easy-to-install ECU flasher, like the COBB Accessport. When using a COBB Accessport, you’ll need to access your car’s OBD-II port and connect the Accessport there. The rest of the process will depend on exactly which calibrations you are using; however, rest assured that mountune and COBB provide detailed instructions and guidance to get you on your feet.
How fast can you make a Ford Focus?
When it comes to Ford Focus speed, factors like vehicle variation, engine type, modifications and tuning are crucial in determining a max range. In one experiment, the stock settings for the Focus were measured to produce about 322 HP and 352 lb-ft torque, but with mountune’s B3 tuning package, that number jumped to almost 350 HP (the max estimated HP for the Focus RS) and 441 lb-ft torque.
