The Radium Engineering catch can kits are the most functional and integrated kits on the market. The catch cans mount using factory holes and integrate perfectly with the surrounding components. These two oil catch cans (PCV side and Crankcase side) function completely independent of each other and are sold individually or together. They do NOT vent to atmosphere (VTA), thus are emissions and track legal. Closed loop systems remove the oil and sludge from the PCV gasses before it is routed to the engine to be burned. A closed loop system also promotes negative crankcase pressure for optimal performance. Furthermore, closed systems prevent unwanted oil vapors from entering the cabin. The dipsticks built into the catch cans allow easy inspection of accumulated fluid. No cutting, drilling or permanent modification to the vehicle is required.

The 20-0377 PCV Catch Can Kit, Fiesta ST secures to the front RH motor mount and the entire kit fits under the OEM engine cover with no modifications required.

This catch can runs inline with the PCV (positive crankcase ventilation) valve and retains it's factory function. When the intake manifold pressure is close to or greater than atmospheric pressure, the PCV "check" valve closes and, thus, this hose experiences no flow. Conversely, the PCV hose will experience "metered" vacuum when the engine is idling, steady state cruising, and decelerating. This would normally draw unwanted crankcase vapor, unspent fuel, and oil sludge into the intake manifold immediately after a high load run. Note: Because the Radium catch cans are pressure sealed, they are great for this boosted application so intake manifold connection is permitted.

At low loads it experiences atmospheric pressure, but when the engine is at high load (WOT), this hose will experience high flow out of the crankcase. This would normally lead to oil and sludge accumulation in the air filter intake pipe. Oil accumulation will occur in the intercooler which lowers the thermal efficiency properties of the heat exchanger and leads to decreased performance.

This option is for MP215 Fiesta ST customers who have all the required MR230 hardware (including an mTune) but require an in-field firmware update to their existing handset.

Your mTune can be easily upgraded from MP215 to MR230 Performance calibration specifications. This update is for those that have already purchased the correct components to support the calibration. Simply order online and you will be sent update instructions by email along with a Digital Key that allows you to upgrade you mTune from MP215 to MR230. In-field firmware updates are facilitated via a bespoke upgrade key. Once ordered we will send you steps to follow in order for you to provide us with your specific mTune serial number. A key will then be generated and sent to you which will enable you to update your mTune's firmware using the AP Manager software.

When ordering, please include your mTune FMP serial number in the comment section of the order form. The serial number can be found underneath the face plate of your mTune.

mountune has been engineering exhaust systems for years with the objective towards increased power and response coupled with an enhanced exhaust tone and appearance. Our Fiesta ST (B299 ST) High Flow Cat Back Exhaust system is manufactured from 2.5” AISI 304 Stainless Steel (EN58E) mandrel bent tubing with dual 3.25 double walled, polished stainless steel tips.

Additionally, a Helmholtz chamber design is utilized in the rear silencer to cancel out unwanted frequencies. Utilizing this system, despite being more complicated and expensive to manufacturer, ensures back-pressure remains low, providing the optimum in terms of performance while removing as many of the unwanted frequencies and drone as possible.

All muffler assemblies are robotically TIG welded AISI 304 Stainless Steel for long life under extreme performance. Tubing diameter also has a major impact on sound quality and careful consideration was given to size and performance. Mountune Performance calibration slot assignments

The mountune calibrations include 4 slots that are switchable at any time, on the fly, by simply pushing a few buttons. This is a very convenient feature that can be further adjusted in many cases. The default settings for the Fiesta ST are laid out as such:

  • Slot 1 - Standard high performance calibration
  • Slot 2 - Standard high performance calibration with indicated Launch Control
  • Slot 3 - Low boost performance calibration
  • Slot 4 - Same as Slot 1 with LESS spark (aka panic mode / bad fuel mode)


**Launch control & flat foot shifting can be adjusted anytime via the Accessport. By default launch control is set at 2400 RPM and flat foot shifting is set at 4000 RPM.

Additionally, the air box has been engineered with features that reduce the delta pressure drop by 2kPa that when coupled with the included mountune high flow air filter, provide a 21% increase in airflow. Technical:
The packaging for the OE intercooler and radiator on the Fiesta ST is very compact leaving little space to effectively and safely install an upgraded intercooler. The mountune intercooler upgrade was engineered to retain the original Ford cooling pack or air ducting system. This helps maintain engine cooling temperatures thereby avoiding "over-heat" conditions that reduce engine power. Removal of the vehicle's original cooling pack and using a larger intercooler core would cause a dramatic increase in engine coolant temperature, inducing engine protection software strategies that reduce engine power for protection.

The mountune MRX Cylinder head upgrade for the 1.6L EcoBoost (Fiesta ST) features dyno and flow bench tested improvements that produce maximum reliable power across a wide RPM range. Each cylinder head is based on a new genuine Ford ST casting that is inspected before receiving a precision NEWEN valve seat profile. The throat of each port is opened up to remove obstructions and then blended into the valve seat to improve flow.

Each head is then ultrasonically cleaned before assembly by one of our motorsport professionals using Supertech High Performance Valves along with upgraded valves springs matched to our V2 camshafts. This head is ideal for those running a larger than stock turbocharger.

The head ships completely assembled with valve lash set using all new cam followers and ready to install on you engine.

          mountune’s extensive knowledge of the Ford EcoBoost engine coupled with broad motorsport experience provides the foundation for our Premium High Performance MRX 1.6L Ford EcoBoost long block. Each long block is skillfully assembled using a brand new Ford ST engine block that has been precision machined to accept a Cylinder Support System. The Cylinder Support System is a proven method of strengthening open deck engine blocks while maintaining OEM integrity. It prevents cylinder cracking, walking, and bell mouthing. The support ring is made from aircraft grade 6061-T6 aluminum.

          mountune Forged Pistons, Forged Connecting Rods, bearings and a genuine new Ford crankshaft are installed all balanced to motorsport standards. This long block is the perfect foundation for your Fiesta ST for high boost applications including track day use. We take the guess work out of critical engine assembly allowing you to install your existing base engine components to this premium improved foundation. Tested at over 400hp, this engine specification is designed for typical track day use and those running high power levels with supporting modifications.

          Long Block Features
          The genuine Fiesta ST engine block is first inspected and then de-burred. The Cylinder Support System is then installed using precision CNC machining. Once the Cylinder Support is installed, we machine the engine block deck to ensure a smooth flat surface allowing perfect head gasket sealing. The bores are honed to perfection to receive mountune Forged Pistons. Every rotating assembly is balanced to within .5 gram.           The select parts are professionally assembled by one of mountune's skilled engine builders. Each assembly includes a detailed data sheet showing all critical engine dimensions and a mountune serial number.

          We then install one of our MRX cylinder heads using ARP Head studs to ensure maximum sealing between the block and head. Camshaft timing is set and all cam drive components are installed and set to correct specifications.

          Cylinder Head Features
          The mountune MRX Cylinder head upgrade for the 1.6L EcoBoost (Fiesta ST) features dyno and flow bench tested improvements that produce maximum reliable power across a wide RPM range. Each cylinder head is based on a new genuine Ford ST casting that is inspected before receiving a precision NEWEN valve seat profile. The throat of each port is opened up to remove obstructions and then blended into the valve seat to improve flow.
          Each head is then ultrasonically cleaned before assembly by one of our motorsport professionals using Supertech High Performance Valves along with upgraded valves springs matched to our V2 camshafts. This head is ideal for those running a larger than stock turbocharger.
